The present rental contract is agreed and accepted for the period specified in the RENTAL AGREEMENT. Under no circumstances can you stay in the property after the end of the rental period specified in the agreement.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
The usual arrival time is Saturday afternoon from 17.00 and the departure time is Saturday at the latest by 12.00 (midday).
RENTAL CONDITIONS
No smoking is permitted in the apartment.
No one else is allowed to use the property under any conditions.
Occupants are responsible for making sure that the neighbours are not disturbed.
The owner will ensure that the property is handed over in a condition corresponding with its description and is obliged to maintain it in good working order. Any necessary repairs due to negligence or improper use during the stay will be charged to you.
PREMISES INSPECTION AND INVENTORY
An inspection of the premises will be carried out at the beginning and end of the stay by the owner or agent and you.
You are responsible for checking the inventory and that the fixtures and fittings at the beginning of stay, are as described in the agreement. Anything missing or damaged must be notified to the owner or agent.
You agree to leave the property in the same state of cleanliness on arrival.
The fridge must be emptied and cleaned at the end of the stay.
If necessary, the owner is within his rights to claim for the cleaning of the premises (60 €).
CANCELLATION
All cancellations must be notified by registered letter. It is agreed that in the case of cancellation:
By the client, the total amount of the deposit paid is forfeited,
By the owner, he reimburses the deposit in the case of force majeure, or he pays the client twice the deposit for any other reason.
RENTAL-DEPOSIT-GUARANTEE
The rental amount is a fixed sum including charges for the period booked. A deposit of 50 % of the rental must be paid by the client and will be cashed by the owner in order to secure the booking for the period requested.
A bank transfer of 900.00 € for the deposit for the apartment must be enclosed with the contract. This security deposit will be returned to the client the day after the end of the stay, less any deductions in the case of damage to the property and contents provided and repair or replacement costs. If the deposit is insufficient the client agrees to pay the owner without delay at the first request. The balance must be paid at the latest one week before the beginning of the stay.
NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS
This contract applies for a maximum of 4 people. Without written agreement from the owner, any evidence of additional occupants exceeding this capacity will result in the immediate termination of the contract which will be considered to have been initiatiated by the client.
ANIMALS
No animal of any kind is allowed in the apartment.
INSURANCE
You are responsible for any damage caused by you. You must take out holiday insurance to cover these types of risks.
NB. In the case of a discrepancy between the original version and the translation, the original French version shall prevail.
